What you always receive
Requirements specification
A complete document covering every feature, user role, edge case, and integration — reviewed and approved by you before build begins.
System architecture document
Database schema, API contracts, infrastructure layout, security model. A full technical blueprint of what's being built.
Full source code
You own the code, no licensing strings attached. Hosted where you want, handed over completely.
Deployment documentation
Step-by-step runbooks for deploying, updating, and maintaining the system — written so your team or a future developer can follow them without us.
API documentation
Where applicable, every endpoint documented with request/response schemas, authentication, and example calls.
Test coverage
Unit and integration tests shipped alongside the code, with documentation of what's covered and how to run them.
What we need from you
A real point of contact
Someone on your side who can review work, answer questions, and make decisions. Projects stall when feedback has to go through four people before it reaches us.
Timely feedback
We build iteratively, which means your input shapes the outcome continuously. Long silences between reviews slow everything down and increase the risk of building the wrong thing.
Access to what we need
Third-party credentials, existing systems, data samples, domain knowledge. We can't design around what we don't know.
Honest constraints upfront
Budget ceiling, hard deadlines, non-negotiable requirements — tell us at the start, not three weeks in. We plan better when we know the real limits.
