Our workServices Platform for Bangladeshi Expatriates

ProbashiCare

Healthcare, insurance, legal help, and transport back home — in one membership.

Overview

ProbashiCare exists for a specific, underserved problem: Bangladeshis working abroad need a way to look after family, health, and paperwork back home — without a dozen disconnected apps, agents, and phone calls to do it. The platform brings medical appointments, insurance, legal help, airport transport, skill training, and passport/BMET support into one membership, accessible through a marketing website and a companion mobile app.

We built both surfaces for ProbashiCare: the website exists to explain the offer and convert visitors into members, while the app is where an enrolled member actually books a doctor, tracks a ride, or manages their ProbashiCard.

What we built

Website, app, and API — end to end

Website

The full public site: homepage, mission/story page, and the services grid explaining all eight offerings (Medical Appointments, Coupons & Discounts, Airport Ticketing & Transport, Probashi Cab, Skill Development, Legal Help & Assistance, Passport & BMET Support, Pension & Insurance).

Mobile app

The member experience: a home dashboard showing ProbashiCard status and quick access to all six core services, a doctor discovery and booking flow (search, browse by specialty, view a doctor's profile and availability, pick a date and time, confirm an appointment), an insurance plan comparison screen, account/personal information management, and a full settings area covering appointments, legal consultations, rides, and account controls.

Backend

The API layer tying membership, bookings, and account data together across both surfaces, backed by PostgreSQL on Neon.

The harder parts

Where the engineering really lived

01

One identity, two very different products

The website's job is to sell a promise; the app's job is to deliver on it with real bookings and real schedules. Keeping both feeling like the same brand — same trust signals, same calm tone — while serving completely different user intents took deliberate design discipline, not just shared colors.

02

A booking flow with real-world constraints

Doctor availability isn't just a calendar — it spans video consultations and in-person clinic visits, each with its own schedule, and the flow had to make that distinction clear without adding friction to something as simple as picking a time slot.

03

Breadth without clutter

Eight distinct services (healthcare, insurance, legal, transport, training, documents) had to live in one app without turning the home screen into a wall of icons — the dashboard groups by what a member is likely to need "today" rather than listing every feature at once.

Outcome

Live · In production

ProbashiCare — the website, member app, and API we built — is live, running the full member journey from marketing site through account setup, doctor booking, and service access in production.
